This year has shown me how essential it is that I listen to myself. Chasing approval, stability, or comfort anywhere outside of what I value within is pointless. Those old systems I once trusted are failing — and honestly, let them. Because anything that isn’t aligned with who I actually am doesn’t nourish me.

As I step into this next season, I’m learning to trust the way my body opens when something is true and withdraws when it isn’t. Yoga helps me hear myself again, and the practices I’m returning to are less about changing who I am and more about remembering who I’ve always been.
