May 2026 Class Calendar
May isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about remembering who you already are.
Everything you need is inside you, not in some distant future where you’ve finally “figured it out,” not in the goal you keep telling yourself will fix everything, but in you, right now. This month, we’re practicing what it means to turn toward ourselves instead of away, to slow down enough to actually stay.
When feelings rise up, and they will, we’re not rushing to fix them or feeding them until they take over the whole room. We’re making space to feel them, letting them exist without turning them into a story about who we are. This is radical acceptance in practice. Not forcing positivity, not collapsing into overwhelm, just being with what is and trusting that it will move when it’s ready.
Tending to your inner self doesn’t require a complete life overhaul. In fact, the care that matters most is often small, quiet, and almost easy to overlook. This is the kind of care that holds you on your hardest days. Waking up and offering a moment of gratitude before your thoughts start racing. Taking one intentional breath and actually noticing it. Writing a single sentence of that idea you keep putting off. Choosing something that feels doable even when everything feels heavy. These are not insignificant actions, they are how you build trust with yourself. They are how you stay connected to your own growth without abandoning yourself in the process.
And you don’t have to navigate this alone. This month, we’re meeting you with a class a day, already chosen for you, so you can step onto your mat without overthinking and let yourself be guided back into your body. Alongside that, we’re introducing a new class that breaks down one of the most common postures in yoga: Downward Facing Dog. This is an instructional deep dive designed to support you in understanding the posture in a way that actually works for your body. You’ll get clear, practical guidance you can return to every time a teacher invites you into Down Dog, helping you find more ease, more stability, and more familiarity in a shape that shows up again and again.
This month isn’t about pushing harder or doing more. It’s about tending. Staying close to yourself. Trusting that growth is already happening, even if it doesn’t look the way you expected. You are not behind, you are not missing anything, and you don’t need to become someone else to begin. You’re already here.
