June 2026 Class Calendar

June is liberation month.

It’s Pride Month and Juneteenth held together in one beautiful, complicated, radiant thirty-day container. A reminder that freedom isn’t just something we fight for out there in the world, it’s something we practice within ourselves, too.

And listen, freedom is a practice.

It lives in the moments where you choose yourself. In the deep breath before the spiral. In the way you stop apologizing for taking up space. In the tiny rebellions that remind you: I belong to myself.

We’ve spent the first half of this year planting seeds.

Back in winter, we set intentions. Since spring, we’ve been watering them, showing up, staying curious, learning how to trust ourselves a little more. Last month, we explored embodiment. We practiced being at home within ourselves. We remembered that our bodies are not problems to solve, they are places to live.

And now?

June asks: What becomes possible when you trust yourself?

What happens when you stop waiting for permission?

What happens when you realize you already carry everything you need?

Because here’s the truth: you are sovereign.

You are powerful.

You have survived every hard thing and I’m guessing you forget to remember that power. The light inside of you has never left, even on the days it felt dim. You have always had what you need to survive. And not just survive! Thrive. Experience joy. Take up space. Rest. Feel good. Laugh too loud. Be fully, gloriously yourself.

This month is about celebrating the freedom you cultivate every day.

The freedom to trust your body.

The freedom to soften.

The freedom to be seen.

The freedom to change your mind.

The freedom to take up exactly as much space as you do.

The freedom to feel joy in your body right now, not ten pounds from now, not when life settles down, not when you’ve “earned” it.

Right. Now.

Just you, your body, and a moment to begin again.

This month, let yourself practice freedom.
