February 2026 Class Calendar

Love has been sold to us as an emotion. As a romance, something that stirs or quenches longing. As something fleeting, conditional, and usually located outside of ourselves.

But that version of love was co-opted. Reworked by systems that benefit from our disconnection, from ourselves and from the parts of us that are love.

At The Underbelly, we’re returning to a deeper understanding of love. Love is not an emotion. It is a practice. A way of being. A vibration you learn to breathe into and live from. Love is not something you fall into. It is something you choose to inhabit. A space you move from and resource yourself within.

This kind of love asks for presence. It asks for honesty. It asks you to be with yourself as you are, not as you wish you were, not as you’ve been told you should be.

Because what we are being called into right now, more than anything, is radical self-acceptance.

Not just the polished parts. Not just the admirable ones. But the whole truth of you. The tenderness. The contradictions. The anger. The softness. The wisdom. The places you’ve been taught to abandon.

Love, in this sense, is the refusal to abandon yourself.

It is a commitment to stay. To listen. To be curious instead of cruel. To stop outsourcing your worth, your knowing, your authority to systems that benefit from your disconnection.

When you root into this kind of love, you begin to hear yourself more clearly. You trust what your body knows. You recognize the multitudes within you without needing to resolve them. You remember that you are not fragmented. You are whole.

This is not soft work. It is disciplined. It is devotional. It is revolutionary. Love, practiced this way, becomes a structure you live inside of. A way you move through the world without losing yourself to it. You don’t practice love to become better. You practice love to become more present. More anchored in who you already are.

February at The Underbelly is an invitation to breathe love into your body. To live alongside it through each class and meditation. To remember that you are not separate from it.
