December 2025 Class Calendar
There are pieces of me I haven’t visited in a long time.
Not because they weren’t worthy… but because life taught me that staying safe sometimes meant staying small. I learned how to tuck away the loud parts, the magical parts, the “too much” parts — the ones that made other people uncomfortable.
But December has a way of calling everything home.
In the hustle and bustle of the season, everything can feel overwhelming — which is exactly why I need all of me even more. And somewhere underneath the noise, there’s this tiny whisper asking for integration. Asking to be brought back in. Asking not to be abandoned this time.
This month, I’m trying something new. Instead of striving for what needs to be changed, I’m letting myself return — wildly, honestly — to who I’ve always been. The version of me I walked away from to survive. The version I actually miss.
Maybe you feel that, too.
Maybe there are parts of you you silenced because the world asked you to be smaller than you are. Let’s make December our season to reclaim those parts. To sit with them. To let them know there’s room for them again.
Not a grand reinvention, but a quiet homecoming.
A practice to integrate:
Try this when you’re feeling disconnected or when you notice an old version of yourself tugging at your sleeve:
Sit or lie somewhere comfortable.
Place one hand on your belly and one hand on your heart.
Inhale through your nose — soften your ribcage and let your belly rise into your hand.
Exhale slowly — feel the weight of your body being supported.
Now ask, quietly:
Is there a part of me that wants to be included today?
You might feel an image, a memory, a sensation, a color.
You might feel nothing — that’s okay, too.
Just notice.
Then place both hands wherever you feel that part living in your body — your throat, your hips, your chest, your jaw — and breathe three slow, warm breaths there. Not to fix it. Just to say:
You’re welcome here.
Sending love to all of you,
Mary
