May Guided Practice with UB
Pour Into You
The world’s loud right now. Change is everywhere—in the headlines, in our communities, in our own lives. It’s a lot. And when the noise gets this loud, it’s normal to want to check out, to zone out, to just stop feeling for a minute.
And honestly? Sometimes that’s survival. But you’ve also got tools. You’ve got ways to stay close to yourself, even when everything around you feels overwhelming.
You’ve got you.
This May, we’re inviting you to pour into yourself—not perfectly, not all at once, but one choice at a time. Starting with rest. And when rest doesn’t feel like enough? That’s okay too. You can offer yourself small things that build trust, confidence, and a deeper sense of home inside yourself.
Things like:
Stretching before you scroll.
Breathing before you react.
Writing before you numb.
Tiny rituals. Small shifts. Tools you can actually reach for when it’s messy and real—not just when things feel peaceful.
Because growth isn’t just about blooming bigger. It's about tending: pruning what’s not working, watering what is, and showing up for yourself like it matters. (Because it does.)
This month’s calendar is full of practices to help you stay with yourself. To support you in the moments when the easiest thing would be to check out. You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t need to do it all right. You just need to keep coming home to you.
🌿 So ask yourself:
What are you pruning right now?
What’s ready for watering?
What small thing can you offer yourself today, even if it feels tiny?
