There’s something tender and electric about early spring. The air smells like possibility, the soil loosens just enough for roots to stretch, and everywhere you look, something is pushing toward the light. It's beautiful, yes—but it’s also messy. Sticky. Awkward. Full of the in-between.

Growth rarely feels graceful. It asks us to unclench, to soften, to let go of the identities we’ve wrapped around ourselves like armor. And that’s no small ask. Even when we want to change, it can feel like betrayal to step away from the version of ourselves who got us this far. But the truth is, you’re not leaving those old parts behind—you’re inviting them to evolve with you. To come home in a new way.

This April, we invite you to notice the sprouts—big and small. A yoga class you didn’t skip. A thought you caught before it spiraled. A boundary you set, even if your voice shook. These moments are easy to overlook, but they are alive with evidence that you’re growing. You’re showing up. You’re meeting yourself in the light.

Our calendar this month is a celebration of that growth. Every class was chosen to support you through transition—not to push you, but to nourish you. You’ll stretch what’s been cramped. You’ll breathe into what’s waking up. You’ll remember how good it feels to move with care, to trust the process, to root and rise at your own pace.

Because just like the earth, you don’t need to rush. You just need to stay with yourself. Show up. Soften. Watch it grow.
